A systemized and progressive method of training to increase your strength, speed, stamina and power while addressing proper & efficient movement for your sport. Each session integrates 60-minutes of movement preparation, plyometrics, speed development and core training with 60-minutes of power development, strength training and conditioning. You receive one-on-one instruction while training in a small group of 4-6 athletes. The training atmosphere is very intense and competitive, however the results will speak for themselves as you pack on size and strength while improving your game day performance.
SPARQ stands for Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness. Sessions are dynamic and progressive designed to make you a better athlete on game day. Each session integrates a dynamic warm-up, rapid response drills and plyometrics with speed mechanics, technique instruction and either a focus on linear speed development (sprinting) or change of direction training (agility). The training is done in large groups of up to 30 athletes and is challenging, competitive and fun.
A proprietary system of individualized exercise prescriptions designed to enhance your sports performance in the shortest time period possible. Prescriptions vary by sport and personal goals. Variables such as speed, tempo, volume, rest, sets & reps are customized by seasoned performance coaches who have a deep understanding of exercise science and sports performance training. An athlete’s “field guide” to optimal nutrition & supplementation practices. The manual includes information on meal preparation, recipes, hydration, supplements, cooking strategies and goes into details on “diet stacking” to speed up recovery between workouts. Athletes who stick with the nutrition protocol look & feel better, perform with mental clarity & intensity, plus they gain the ability to train more frequently because of less “down time” between workout bouts which yields outstanding game day performances.
The world of athletic recruiting for college bound student-athletes is inundated with scams, con-artists and over-priced services.
